Jon Kenney is simply the best customer service person (in any industry) I’ve ever worked with He is incredibly focused on each customer’s individual issue. He addresses your concerns quickly and to your satisfaction. He explains what the charges will be before the work is done. When your job is completed he makes sure you are 100% satisfied. I feel so very fortunate to have had him take care of a few issues I’ve had with my car.

Tire pressure was not checked at all even though an alignment was done. Makes me wonder if multipoint inspection was done either. My vehicle had a wrap on it - I would have appreciated an offer of a hand wash on it in lieu of detail.
