To begin, I had to bring my car back for your service mistake. I show up and no one greets me.
I go to Mike's office and he looks at me as if I'm interrupting him! So my unresolved issue, My bluray player will not play bluray movies. It will only play regular movies but all Mike liked to say was how sticky ONE DVD was to slam me. So since the regular movie played he couldn't explain why a clean, no scratched bluray DVD wouldn't play.
Also, I had Mike speak with my husband about it and he was more polite to him. I feel that was sexist.

Poor communication. I dont appreciate text to tell me not to show up to get my vehicle after I just got a call to pick up. I had an appt on thursday and did not get my car back till next wednesday. I had to beg for a rental.
On 2 previous visits, you lost my car then lost my keys. There is patent disregard for customer service and lousy communication. If the other dodge place was closer, you would never see me again and I will be sharing my 3 bad experiences with whomever will listen.
While my service advisor was pleasant, he could not make up for my previous bad experiences.
