The service representative (Jesse Lugo) was very professional and the service performed was also satisfactory. However, as I drove home from dealership I noticed a distinct smell of tobacco in the cab. Even after airing the vehicle for several miles and applying air freshener the smell was disturbing. I absolutely allow no smoking in the vehicle as my brother has COPD and it causes problems with his breathing. Either a service tech smoked while working on the vehicle or he had the smoke embedded in his clothing while in my truck. Not a major issue to some but high priority to me. Simple solution for me is the next time it occurs I will service the vehicle elsewhere.

I must say that South County Lexus has the most efficient service department of any auto dealership I have had experience with. Drew is always upbeat and he kept me informed and updated on my vehicle and explained what service would be necessary and the reasons for it. I received a call from him when my vehicle was ready for pickup and he went over everything with me when I arrived.
