For my past 2 encounters with Airpark, my experience has been less than expected and well downright disappointing.
My last encounter from a customer service point of view was horrible. I dealt with that through survey and speaking with service management.
The current service encounter was also a disappointment. From the start George was definitely better than my last. However, I did request an oil change in addition to other services. This was not done.
In addition, When I picked up my vehicle the cashier asked me for payment for thr other services for which I brought in my vehicle. This work was approved by my warranty and the service advisor "forgot" to indicate that.
These are not really earth shattering issues by themselves...but the past 2 encounters demonstrate to me a lack of caring about customer service. In the future I will most likely Not bring my vehicle to auroral again. Unfortunate.
On my next vehicle purchase, I will most likely seek a different dealership as well. Again, unfortunate...as auroral is conveniently located for me.

Not sure what you can do. Truck did not exhibit symptoms for or during my test with your shop foeman. Got south of Spfd in stop and go traffic and hard downshifts,hesitating to shift then when I stopped at my mailbox whining noise was back. Go figure! Your time was waisted along with mine. I know you cant fix whats not broke but it is still not right.
