I loved my salesperson Colton, but the dealership messed up my financing and did the exact opposite of what I asked. And also lied to me when I asked him to check the information to make sure he was doing it correctly. He said he did, he didn’t, because IT WAS DONE INCORRECTLY. So, you need to retrain your financing department and teach them the difference between the owner and the co-signer.

I drove to your dealership from Fort Worth (40 min) and ended up waiting about an hour for oil change!!!! I could have done it at a quick oil change by my house in 30 minutes. On top of that the service agent wasn’t very friendly. I will not be going back.

Michael is great, however my jeep was not fixed properly. I already scheduled with Michael to bring it back in on Monday. Sounds like my intake manifold is loose. You should really consider test driving the vehicles after doing recall work.
