I was slightly disappointed with the amount of time this took to get handled. I brought it in Tuesday morning thinking I would get my vehicle back either that evening or by the next morning. Do y'all offer rental cars in the instance that something like this may occur in the future? I ask because I had to use Uber to travel to and from work since Tuesday. Also now my horn doesn’t work after I finally got my vehicle back. Ridiculous.

I made an appointment for 10:30 am for an oil change. I was given a voucher when I bought the vehicle a couple of months ago so it was free. It took me 3 hours and 10 minutes to get out of your dealership. I only spoke with Jody for the 2 minutes it took to drop off the truck and then I waited inside. I never heard from her the entire time I waited. Other advisors kept other clients updated but I was not. In fact, I because so frustrated at the 3 hour mark, I had another rep help me find my truck so I could leave wether the service was complete or not. I was very frustrated with this situation. The other rep found my truck parked without knowing how long it has been there although the oil was changed and it was washed. But again, Jody did not help me with this. Jody only helped me at the beginning. I have 3 more vouchers for free oil changes that I honestly don’t think I’ll use. This was a very poor experience and and don’t think want to relive it. Maybe I’m out of the loop but an oil chance and a wash should not take literally 3 hours. Especially when an appointment was made. Thanks for your time.
