My son may have spoken with as Andrew but I only heard his voicemail. I was never able to get anyone on the phone when I called. We were never informed that my car was done we had to call and ask. When I did go to pick it up Andrew was gone for the day and I was an inconvenience to everyone else who had to help me (except the nice girl who took the loaner back from me). I dont know why I got a text saying to reply if I have questions, I did reply and was never responded to until the request for this survey.
