I have anxiety dropping my vehicle off every single time with this service department. I asked George for one thing today when I left him my keys, I asked that the vehicle be returned to me in the same condition I left it in. That wasn’t the case, the vehicle was delivered to me with the fender flair pulled off of it in a spot, as though that is acceptable. I had warranty work and an oil change. How does that even happen with service work like that. All it does is cost me time and energy. I was informed it will be fixed, thank you, it’s just inconvenient. Especially because I’ll get a red V6 Jeep in exchange for my SRT.. I keep hoping that the next time I bring my vehicle in things will be different. I unfortunately can’t say that’s the case. I paid $22 for “shop fees” explained to me because the state charges them for disposal of oil and such. That’s a little crazy especially when labor is being paid for. But the best part is that it was not charged on my last oil change. Can someone please explain the $22 “fee” I paid for? -Brennan O

I brought my vehicle in for a airbag recall. The air bag indicator light is still on and you want to charge me to diagnose the problem. It should be part of the service. Also, I agreed to have the oil changed while in your care. You return it telling me there’s an oil leak, but again want to charge me to tell me where the leak is coming from. I understand that this is a business, but the rude comments to each as “we can tell you and fix the problems, but nothing is for free” is reason enough to never bring mine or anyone I may recommend business back.

Completly satisfied..... but i have one comment about the tire because when the time i purchase my vehicle i already notice the dash board it shows warning about air presure i try tell to jose but he said just need only to fill up air presure so i try to fill up the air presure but after an hour the warning come back again i try many time to fill up but the warning sign come back again and again..... so it means i got the vehicle with a tire’s problem now i pay $203 for the tire

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced. 1) had my vehicle all day and didn’t check my air filter as agreed upon 2) he supposedly called an Uber to bring me back to pick up my vehicle; however nobody ever showed. 2 after having my wife bring me down to pick up my vehicle, Jesse misplaced my keys. They eventually found them, but how does that even happen in the first place?
