Was expecting a one day turn around on determining issue with my daughters car. Everyone felt it was in relation to recall issue that would more than likely only require a computer upgrade. When we didn’t hear anything we called and were told it would take two more days just to get the car in line to see what needs to be done. Ya not happy

After 2 hours of waiting for oil change and tire rotation, the second purpose of my visit which was to have a tpms error fixed was still there upon my departure. The bill for service was incorrect and had to be fixed which took an additional 20 minutes. The service staff at the counter and Michael were very friendly and professional, but experience was disappointing
