Mike Doyon is wonderful. Helpful, honest, and responsive. My other car is a BMW and I hear they are known for their service. I wish I got the level of service at BMW that Mike has provided.

Told to meet Karl in AM. No Karl. Jorge was a nice guy, but no discussion with me regarding if my Jeep was doing anything that warranted being looked at. (For example, squeaking brakes - since time of initial purchase. I had to ask what a 30,000 mile checkup included. He did quickly try to tell me but didn’t know all the details. 2 and a half hours later Jorge announced to the back of my head my car was done and then walked in the opposite direction from me and didn’t point out where to pay. No explanation of what was done, no discussion of any maintenance needs for future. The cashier was frazzled and over-busy - suddenly thrusting pen in my hand and telling me to sign off. I told her I wanted to read what I was signing first. She took back the pen. I read and had to ask for the pen back. No instructions given as to when to come back - by anyone. C’mon guys; you can do better. No slight against Jorge; he did not appear trained to do that job.

Sheillah’s attitude and customer service was the best I have experienced at your dealership in all the years I have been coming for service! It was a real change from the usual pleasant but average service. She was attentive, thorough and actually cared that I got the service I need .. 5 stars! Hopefully you hold on yer as she is a difference maker!

My truck was used to run errands and when my wife asked to speak to a manager she was ignored. If it wasn’t for the warranty my truck has through you I would never allow you to touch my truck again. I will recommend everyone I know not to use your service. Each time I have I’ve been overly disappointed.

i was told that my battery was corroted but that it would be fine to drive still for a while. about an hour after getting home my car died and i had to have my car towed and purchase a new battery. so yeah i’m not happy with the service

I requested to work with Ike, since he's advised on my car before. Instesd Jessie (?)was advisor. Jessie had a terrible attitude from the start,arrogant & lacking basic good customer service skills. Ike was timely in providing information, he emailed my diag report without my having to ask, but I'm still waiting to get one from Jessie. After service, when I called back with a question, Ike was professional and answered my questions. Not Jessie. When I asked for specific information on a part that is supposedly showing as needing replaced on the diagnostic report(not sure since I haven't seen it yet) Jessie couldn't help me, said I'd have to talk to the mechanic. Since when are customers allowed to do that? He should have gotten the answers for me. That would have been providing good customer service, but he didn't do that. I'll only come back to your dealership if Ike is my service advisor. You couldn't pay me to come back with Jessie as my advisor.
