$600 to replace a purge valve is crazy. It’s a $50 part that takes 5 minutes to replace. $800 for a tune up is crazy too. Luckily I know enough about cars to know when I’m being taken advantage of. It’s sad to think people that don’t know any better are taken advantage of like this. I am a die hard Ford fan and it’s all I’ve ever owned. I wish I could say the same about Ford Service.

Slow, deceitful, and overcharged. Save your gas and money and drive to another Ford dealership. It took 7 hrs to fix a recall and do an oil change when it was supposed to take 3-4 hours. Didn’t even get the car washed. I made an appointment at 11:30am and dropped the car off to Eddie. We needed a recall fixed and oil changed. Eddie recommend an oil booster which he said was $21 we got but charged twice that amount ($45). Eddie said it would be ready in 3-4 hours. We didn’t get a call until 5:30 saying that the car will be ready at 6:10 and he was leaving at 6pm. So we got there at 5:50pm and Eddie wasn’t there and the car wasn’t even close to being ready. It was still in the workshop. We waited until 6:40 and the car was finally ready, but wasn’t washed and the inside smelled like oil. Also the recall wasn’t documented so we had to wait longer. We don’t even know if they fixed the recall properly. It took 7 hrs to fix a recall and do an over priced oil change.
