Alfredo is absolutely one of your best service advisors. Anytime I bring my car in for repair or maintenance, he is extremely efficient in getting my car fixed and communicates information from the service techs promptly and ensures my repairs are completed timely to get my vehicle back to me as quickly as possible. In the event repairs will be longer than expected he arranges for a rental car. That is extremely convenient and greatly appreciated. You’re lucky to have such a dedicated employee who consistently provides outstanding customer service.
