The team at Grapevine Ford was fine. I’m very disappointed with the Ford product that I purchased since there is a known issue in the 2016 through 2019 Ford escapes with their FM ID displays in the car. I should’ve been told before purchasing the car that there was a problem as such with that particular display. This is no documented with my vehicle on your service records and should anything happen to that display I expected to be replaced immediately for free thank you Regardless of whether the status of my car is under warranty or not it should be replaced. The Ford escape is a very nice vehicle however if I would’ve been told about this issue I would’ve made an effort to get another vehicle that doesn’t have this issue.

Had coupon for oil change and tire rotation. Received call car was complete. Let the dealership. Then realized rotation was not done and i noticed oil drops and smears of oil across hood of car. Had to return to dealer to have rotation done and car cleaned. Was not happy to have oil on the car, very sloppy.
