Andrew provided excellent customer communication and remained polite and cordial throughout the extended repair. I appreciate the time and attention in examinhg and diagnosing the issues. I am not pleased with the length of time to establish the diagnosis and the recommendations showed a complete lack of the review of my vehicle history. I believe this is a systemic issue within the Ford system.

I brought my car in because 1 specific noise it was making. They told me what it was and replaced those parts. Upon driving home, i noticed that noise was just as present as it was before the repairs. That cost me over $1600 and the issue was not fixed. Also i dropped my car off on a Friday and was told it would be finished by Monday. My car was not finished by Monday. Instead it took until late evening on Tuesday. So in all my car was not completed on time, the issues were not fixed and the repairs are insanely expensive compared to other shops.
