45 min oil change is what I was told after I made the appointment. After 1 hour I was told he had checked and it would be done shortly as he had called. After 1 1/2 hours he told me 5 more had come in and no appointment but was put ahead of me. In other words he was trying to cover up with a lie. No good. Tell the truth you will be caught. It was done and sitting by the back door and they forgot to inform me. Lies never work.
