I was call and offered a free oil change so I set up a appointment. Once there they told me that they knew nothing about a free oil change. I was going to leave but decided that this was not right and asked to talk to a manager. What really irritated me was the service personnel acted like I wasn’t tell the truth. While waiting to talk to a manager I remember that they had left me a message stating that They would give me a free oil change and only played it for the service personnel so they would quit thinking I was not tell the truth. I don’t think I will be coming back to your dealership. It’s not a nice feeling when someone thinks you are not telling them the truth.

since i buy my forst car at Chevy i alwya fo there.for aervice. from my equinox to the present which is traverse. its my first time that it takes 3 hours to xhange oil, wash and vacuum. if they are short handed i can understand but let.me.know. so i complain and keysey sorry i dont know if i spell.the name right he take of it for me. he did not.charge me any thing due to that time effort i stay there. behind that i will still continue my car services at midway.
