I bought Used car. Not cleaned or waxed. Took back and waiting three hour while I waited being looking at and talked about that I was not happy. I don’t want anything for free but the use car is still a new car to me and if you sale it on your lot it should be waxed and detailed to the nine’s !!! Otherwise why are you charging retail I might as will buy at wholesale. You buy a used car from a dealer for the peace of mind that it has been locked up wax and detail.
