I brought my vehicle to airpark Jeep on May 31 for exhaust manifold repair. It was not ready until Tuesday evening June 4th. I drove off the lot and noticed a loud metal noise immediately coming from passenger side under mount. I called Mike right away and he said he could not get to it until today....Monday June 10. I dropped it off this morning and Mike called me this afternoon and says it’s an engine mount repair and it will cost me over $1200 (this is in addition to the $1500 I paid last week for exhaust manifold). I am extremely upset as I I feel this engine mount was caused from the repair of the exhaust manifold. There is not way it did not have anything to do with it. No issues prior to dropping off the vehicle for service. Also, when I dropped off the vehicle initially I specifically asked for the diagnostic. Why wouldn’t the engine mount issue come up on the diagnostic!? Also so disappointed with lack of communication. Awful experience! Just awful. I have been a customer for over 10 years and I will never ever come back to Airpark Jeep.
