When I have a 7:00 AM appointment and have to wait to get waited on when service people are just sitting when the service area is full of people waiting to be checked in there is something wrong

No need to contact me-
We dropped car off at 830 for oil change. We called at 145 to see if it was done, because we had not received a call, no one answered in service so we called the main number they called over and said no one was answering but they would leave a message for Logan to call us back. No call back- we went to pick up car assuming it was done at 430, Logan not in office, went to service payment area she said she couldn’t help me i needed to fine Logan, looked all over for him- someone asked if i needed help( don’t know who looked like a manager in royal blue polo) he had my car pulled up and handed me reciept that i didn’t owe anything ans i was free to go .
