I went in for an oil change and when my car came back they told me my battery “failed” their performance test. So the following day, I took my beautiful car to auto zone to check out the life of my battery from another authorized source. My test came back and my battery was perfectly fine reading 81% in the good range, my autozone mechanic then ran a test on my starter and my starter was fine, then last but not least he checked my alternator, and my alternator is what failed his test. So now I’m questioning you guys on why I’m getting two different answers here. So then a few days later I make an appointment at your dealership off of bell road to get this sorted out. Let me say that my vehicle is a certified pre owned and I should never have gone through the troubles/problems I did just for a battery. With my car being in your possession for TWO days, I come back and all they had done was changed my battery (why did this take two days? I don’t know) but I’m still questioning wether or not it was really changed bc my battery readings are lower than what they were before. During the mix of all of this, one of your service department supervisors by the name of Andy, had the audacity to tell my service advisor (John Kelly) to tell me to go to Autozone, buy myself a battery and then send them the bill and the core and he’d write me a check. Never in my entire life have I ever witnessed anyone telling me to take my business somewhere else because I’m being stereotyped and discriminated as a young kid that I don’t know what I’m talking about. ( thankfully John being the guy he is, he did not listen to his supervisor) I will never recommend anyone to come here, and I probably will never give my business to this Chevy retailer ever again due to the lack of professionalism. I am so disappointed, unsatisfied, and disgusted by this type of behavior within your department. I request that I get to speak to a general manager about this problem.

I'm mad that my oil change appointment was scheduled for 11am and I was stuck there untill 3:30pm. Next when I bought my truck from there I bought an oil change package. To my surprise foind out the filters were not included in this "package"

Christian Pulido, was honest, very professional and knowledgeable!!! We were concerned about an estimate we received at Carson, Nissan; Chriatian reviewed our paperwork from Carson Nissan, confered with the mechanic at Cerritos, where the mechanic assured Chistian he would check all the areas of concern on my car. The final analysis was the areas recommended by Carson Nissan( which would have costed us $1000.00, weren't necessary. The tests by the mechanic, at Cerritos, revealed the the battety, the starter, and the other areas that Carson recommened were in "the good working zones." I was charged nothing, and my car was washed!!!! Thanks to Christian Pulido, and his honesty, I will be having all my vehicles in my household, we have four, serviced at Nissan Cerritos; and I will refer all my friends and family(we have lots), to Christian, and of course, Nissan Cerritos. Christian made my day, and he restored my faith in Car Service departments. Myrtle Jones
