I just want to thank Brittany Barrera for all her help she was amazingly helpful. She stepped up when I was not getting the help from a other service advisor. She checked to see what kind of coverage I had ! And I have platinum Yeah!!! So my air conditioning was fixed and I couldn’t not be more happier we all know in Arizona can drive with out it. Jon was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Honestly the only employee of the Scottsdale Alfa Romeo that I have enjoyed working with. He is very kind and literally goes above and beyond to guarantee customer satisfaction. I dropped my vehicle off at 7 am and by 5.30 when I picked up my vehicle the poor guy still hadn’t had a single break all day and still had not had a chance to eat his lunch yet. That is some serious dedication!

I will be 200% honest. Brian is to be commended for the excellent service he provided to me. I normally work with Eric. I was driving on the freeway at 6 pm last night when my dash alerted me that my front tire was holding 19 psi. I knew there was a problem so I called Eric from the road. When I tried to reach him he was busy with a customer. When he was advised that I called he took the time to call me and leave a message that he had to leave to pick up his child at 6:30. He took the initiative to set me up with Brian who did an outstanding job helping me when I arrived. This the good part of the story. The not good part of this story is how phone calls are handled in your store. It took 3 attempts to finally speak with someone (reminder that this entire experience is happening while I am driving from my office to your store) . Call number 1 resulted in a hold time of 6 plus minutes. No one came back to the phone to check in with me or put me thru to someone who could help. I called back a 2nd time and asked to speak with the service manager. The call went to voice mail. I called back a 3rd time and requested to speak with the general manager. The woman told me he was on vacation for two weeks. She also addressed me as ma’am which I find interesting considering your caller ID is able to determine who I am. When I asked to speak with someone in charge I was transferred to service where I was fiaaly helped. I grade my telephone experience specifically with your receptiontwho was on duty between 6 and 7 pm an F.
