My technician Ken was great. He couldn’t deliver the car on time but did a great job of keeping me informed. My lack of satisfaction has to do with the quality of work on the car. I took it for a change of oil and new tires and a few hours later the oil change light came back on again. Now I’m driving with the checkbook light on. I hope that the light just needs to be adjusted and that it’s nothing serious but how did they miss that?
I need to schedule to bring it back and have my car checked.
