My service manager Jason Valadez was wonderful! He was extremely helpful and made the process quick and easy; however, when I arrived the workers were extremely rude. I had made an appointment and was waiting to be helped. Yet, when somewhen came up to the car the worker that was helping me screamed across the garage my car type and that I had NO APPOINTMENT. It was extremely rude and he didn’t help me fix my situation but instead was off to the side talking to his friends and eating. It was extremely unprofessional. Thankfully Jason was able to get my car in that day.

This place is a complete joke my car wasn’t fix nor was there any help from service. I have been in 6 times with my car twice for the same problem in the last month and half. I would like to say also b didn’t even talk to me as I picked up my car today. I am very disappointed in the quality in the service and customer service. I also would like someone to call me and help figure out an option for this car I own since I was given the wrong car in the first place and drove around a car I didn’t even own because someone gave the wrong vin number.
