Well I want to make one thing clear first.....hugh abbot is a great guy and went way out of his way to make me happy and I am pleased with his professionalism in the work place even when I was starting to lose my temper. That being said....the fact your mechanics took 2 months of me making my payments for a vehicle i wasnt able to drive was very disconcerting. What started as a radiator issue....turned into a bigger issue every time they gave my vehicle back to me...the check engine light would come on because I guess you guys dont run the full drive cycle before giving people their vehicle back...which seems kinda ridiculous if you ask me.....felt like things were just getting replaced in Hope's it would fix the issue originally started by your mechanic....and I'm only praying that the check engine light doesnt come on for the 6th time in a row I've gotten my vehicle back from you guys.it started off with such a great experience....the sales team worked with me when I was in a difficult situation and the salesman even came in on his day off because my work has a very busy schedule....only to come down to this issue with your mechanics which has ruined my experience with you guys. Again I dont reflect any of this bad review towards hugh....you definitely need to give that man a raise cuz I was pretty darn close to seeking legal counsel and he definitely defused that situation. I tip my hat to that gentleman.

First thing the advisor did was try to upsell me on a maintenance package, not what I came in for but I'm sure they are commissioned. He stated I should have come in at 5,000 miles not 10,000 miles and that I would void the warranty, even though the onboard maintenance counter told me to come in at 10K, which is it? He was unaware of the $49 oil change on your website and wanted to charge me more, fortunate I had an email offer too I could show. Vehicle completed on time (although he couldn't find the paperwork) with a tire rotation but when I came for the truck, low tire pressure light was still on and tire pressures not all the same. Looked like the truck had been run through a quick spray wash but wasn't what I would call clean. Bottom line, I don't mind paying this higher price to go to the dealer but the service should be better than I can get at a Cobblestone where the truck is washed thoroughly, glass cleaned, vacuumed and wiped down inside, oil change while I wait and all at half the price.
