Service consultant (Tim) was excellent! Our only issue was finding out that the original equip. tires were recommended to be replaced. With only a little over 16K miles on them, that is pretty sad. The car is wonderful, but Lexus should ‘dump’ the Bridgestone tires they use.

Took my grand Cherokee in on 9/20. Engine light on. Got that fixed. I recently added a hitch and wiring harness. Needed airpark to refresh the central module to activate the wiring harness. Airpark charged me $145 to do this. Got home and trailer lights still don’t work (they work with my other vehicle). That’s fine mistakes happen. But, I’ve tried calling George numerous times this week. Left messages, texted. And have not hear anything from him. For me to recommend your service Dept to a friend. I just need them to complete the work asked and answer the phone if there are issues. Very ooor customer service.

The requested service was not followed and the oil was changed on my truck as well as replacing the air filter, which both had been explicitly requested to not be performed. On pickup I was charged for this and when I pointed it out they said they modified the invoice only to still leave the charges on. There were also “additional“ services performed that are not part of the 60k service such as the evaporation cleaning and flush. While the service representative did mention these, it was not made clear these were additional fees and not simply part of the scheduled service. This is ultimately a lack of trust and lack of confidence that details are followed by the service and technicians.
