Jason was very diligent to find the issue. I really appreciated his efforts and communication with me. From a customer perspective, when the problem will take several days to resolve, communication is the second most important thing next to getting the problem fixed. I have owned 4 mustangs and Grapevine Ford is the best service experience I have had. Everyone was helpful from Holly at the service desk, to the complimentary shuttle The car wash was also a nice touch. Big thanks to Jason and the technician! I plan to use Grapevine Ford going forward even though it is a little farther away from my home.

Always been satisfied with Jason as well as Pete Roshell. My all time favorite service writer, John Goddard recommended Pete before he left. But Jason has done a good job for me on multiple occasions. Both are good. I ask for them when I come in for service. I try to establish a business relationship with a particular service writer. I want to know who’s handling my car business and them know me. In trying to find that type of situation in the 15 years of Expedition ownership I’ve had 14 different Service Writers at Grapevine Ford. Please keep Pete and Jason happy! Thanks

We went to Lexus to have our GPS program updated. Turns out the letter we received was for our 2016 ES which was returned at the end of its lease in July. You did not have us in an updated database nor did the person we made an appointment with check our VIN number to see we shouldn’t have been called. A big waste of time!!!
