Jesse is very detail oriented, which I find refreshing in this just okay world. Jesse ensures its done right, and look to make sure there aren't any other issues besides what you came in for.

Everyone in the service department went home while I was in the waiting area waiting on my car. When my keys are car were found, there was no documentation to support that the oil change and tire rotation was completed. Also, the car wasn’t washed. Finally, there was a work order form sitting on my dash and it was not filled in. There was not a tech name on it, more was there a start/finish time. Also, the part of the form indicating the services to be completed was also left blank. Basically, I sat waiting for 3 hours and left not knowing whether or not the oil change and tire rotation work was completed.
