Your service department is terrible. I get a full inside and out detail and there is so much armor all all over every inch of black plastic (grill, front skid plate) it dropped and was puddled on my paint. My wheel wells that are white still have dirt on them. The armor all on my mirrors was just sprayed on and never wiped down so there are spots and streaks all over it. The inside dash was quickly wiped down but not cleaned the k my part vacuumed was the mats in the front. No other rows were vacuumed. My windows are streaked and filthy. I have 2 more years for the zetach protection and don’t even want to bother bring it in because my car is dirtier then when I bring it in AFTER a detail.

I made a 7:15 am appointment for an oil change but I waited four hours before it was done and didn’t leave the dealership until 11:30am. During my wait, I texted my representative using the texting function and received no response. There was no communication during my wait and I had to go to my representative three times to check on the status of my repair. In addition, I did not receive a complimentary car wash because my representative told me that it will take another 20 minutes. Having already waited four hours and 15 minutes, I am very disappointed with my experience and I will not return to Midway Chevrolet again. In addition, when I asked why I had to wait longer than those who brought in their vehicle the same time I did even though I made an appointment ahead of time, my representative told me that they are simply very busy on Saturday. I do not think this is a valid response because the whole purpose of me making my appointment ahead of time is to ensure that I will receive the service I need. I am also thinking about purchasing a new vehicle since my HHR is 13 years old. However; I have decided that I will not buy a Chevrolet car ever again because of many poor experience at the Chevrolet dealership for maintenance and repair.
