Hello,
Thank you for asking for a feedback . I was not quite pleased with the service yesterday. When I drove in the greeter asked who my “advisor “ was which I did not have a clue . However, she told me to have a seat after I handed my key in
I waited for sometime before one person who came by and told me that my car was over there and would be complete d shortly. The person never bothered to greet me or tell me what his name was
So wait for another two hours before I went looking for some one to tell me how much longer should I be waiting.. Then I found out my advisor was Drew Jacob bison. During my wait , I had noticed other advisors coming in and telling their clients that what was being done and how longer etc. But in my case no advisors or no explanations.
Making the story short I did not like the way I was treated . I was happy the service was done close to three hours and to get my key to the car.
