While buying a car from here was a great experience, the service for my car has been a very bad experience. We have had the car serviced twice, the first time they did not change the air filters as discussed and the second time I had to ask for a different service rep. I came in looking for answers for why the Jeep was losing RPMs on the highway and if it was part of the recall, the rep appeared and acted annoyed asked if I could replicate it right now... if i'm asking for help and answers, I don;t have an answer for that question. I assumed that he would look at the diagnostics, check to see if an error was recorded, was this part of the transmission recall. He said I could work with someone else and left me standing there. A foreman noticed me and came over and took care of things. From there it was a good experience but it should have never gotten to that point. I will not be returning to Airpark for service or to buy another vehicle.
