This is not a knock on our advisor as he is always friendly and courteous. My vehicle has been in 3 or 4 times over the past 6 months for warranty work. Items such as: Liftgate not operating properly, screen turning blue, screen not working, audio system resetting, service engine light turning on, dvd player not operating properly, service charging system. All of the items above were "fixed with an update" still have not had one of these updates actually help us solve the problem. I assume we will be bringing it back in sometime in the next 4 to 6 weeks with the same issues.
