Kyle is the best service rep in the business. He is attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about Jeeps. Every question I’ve ever asked him about my vehicle he immediately has an answer and has never led me astray.
To be honest, the only reason why I still keep coming back to Airpark is because of Mr. Heckathorn. He is a national treasure and should be protected at all costs. Dude is a legend.
If I was mayor, I would give him the keys to the city.
Please give Kyle a raise, in fact, Kyle should be running that entire dealership.
As long as Kyle is at Airpark, I will remain a customer.
