After brake repair, brake line was not fully tightened causing the vehicle to lose fluid. I almost crashed into the rear of another car stopped at a light because the brake pedal went all the way to the floor and barely applied enough brake to stop the vehicle. After having it towed in to have the brake line tightened the technician left the brake fluid reservoir cap sitting in the engine compartment.
