Terrible communication from when I scheduled the appointment to when I picked it up. I called multiple times to get an update on my Jeep. Never heard back. Had to go up the chain from who sold me my vehicle. Very unprofessional comments from Kari. She even screamed at me over the phone that she had gotten in trouble from her boss.
