Service staff was great. To be honest, I didn’t find the waiting area to be very comfortable or inviting. I don’t think customers should have to pay for water, for one thing. The other is that the two gals working in the concession area were very engrossed in their personal chatter more than taking an interest in ensuring the customers’ needs were being met. I felt unprofessional to me.
