Arrived promptly for my 4:30pm appt, was told to leave key in car and sit where I was comfortable and a technician would be called. After shooting the breeze with my sales guy for 40 minutes, I went back to service to find my car was not touched. I then saw Nate, who I made the appt with and then he got on it. Now I am partly to blame since I did not ask for Nate when I arrived. Needless to say, I thought close to 90 minutes to replace a broken floor mat lock was excessive.

My appointment was made at 6:30 AM so I could make my 9:00AM activity. However, I found out the service department doesn’t open until 7:00 AM. That doesn’t make sense!
Fortunately, Davin was able to get me a loaner so I was able to work things out.
Otherwise, everything was excellent. Thanks for a good job.
