My service advisorJohn M. was excellent. The only negative was the ~$39 disposal, hazardous waste charge (or listed as something similar). I consider that as just padding the bill for profit. Maybe if the charge was $20 I would find it more reasonable. So far, this is the highest fee I’ve encountered for this invented fee. As far as I can tell, there were NO materials of any kind used on this repair that would warrant this charge or for that matter any other add on fee. No fluids of any kind. Just repairing the tailgate mechanism, and changing the battery! Other than that, and that is a big negative, John M. was very, very good! He deserves high praise.
