My service rep Issac made my repair so easy and fast. He expedited the process to save me time and effort.He called the parts department to get me my windshield invoice and receipt which I needed for insurance reimbursement .i was driving a loaner car home within 20minutes. Picking my car up the following day was even faster.my new windshield was installed perfectly. Happy with everything.

I initially brought my truck in for the clear coat protection on the paint job. That wasn't done. I spoke with other service reps about my LED screen going out and that wasn't serviced. The rep had messed up on my mileage shown on my invoice, reporting over 1,200 miles more on my vehicle. There are a few other items not addressed by the service rep. I looked for the Service Manager, but he wasn't available. So I spoke with another serv rep, I have to bring my truck back on another day to take care of these items. I'm now dealing with a different rep.
