Let’s start with 4 different lyft drivers to pick me up late and missing an appointment I had. I asked my advisor to help me but no response for almost 30 min. I called got transferred around and told my story 3 separate times then was helped but the lyft was sent to the dealership instead of to me to give me a ride to the dealership to pick up my vehicle. Then the advisor I was working with but there when I git there. I asked for information on a brake recall that caused me to damage my truck. I asked for a quote for 4 new tires but advisor not there so didn’t get that. Then I get a receipt that does not accurately reflect what I paid Just a handwritten amount to be paid which did not match up with the printed numbers.
I will not be using your dealership again for my automotive needs
