I wouldn’t go as far as say "completely satisfied”. I am not sure if it was that he was late for the 7am appointment or his “oh, so friendly” demeanor. I have given your dealership roughly 3 tries and have not been pleased. At this point I will not be returning to your dealership for service.

I had the pleasure of working with Alfredo in the Quick lane service department. He has been my service guy for a very long time Since around 2014. He’s always goes the extra mile check on future parts and advises me on future services needed. As a result, I never feel caught off guard when it comes to service for my vehicle. We’re always ahead of the future maintenance needs for my vehicle. That’s what I value the most as a result I never leave the dealership feeling like I’ve been taken advantage of. Its more like we’re just finishing what we’ve been planning for months in advance. I always enjoy my visits to Grapevine Ford. Its a chance for me to see new and old faces and I always enjoy chatting with the porters and the staff at the Mustang Cafe as well.
Honorable mention to Joe Crawford and Gomez in the parts department and the other guy who works upfront with Joe. He helped me order an accessory pack of fog lights for 2015 F150 which should be arriving in a few weeks.

The overall problem was resolved to my knowledge, but the experience overall at the dealership, was pretty poor. Every time I would visit the location no one would attend or help. You could clearly tell that numerous customers were waiting to be helped or just sitting there and multiple employees would simply walk right passed me, to the point where I took the initiative to ask someone to help me. But what was unfortunate is that it wasn’t just one person that made the experience so so but multiple people at this location. I honestly don’t think I will be back and I will continue my search looking for another place to have my car serviced.
