Both Cesar and Dragan are rude and discriminatory and degrading to women. I have never felt so disrespected in my whole life. I will never return to Midway Chevrolet again. I was a faithful midway customer for 7 years! I would have never in all my previous experiences thought that I would have ever been treated with such hurtful words. So sad that our relationship with midway has ended this way.

No one bothered to call me to let me know that my car was ready to be picked up. When I called at 1540 to find out why it was taking so long & get a time estimate for completion I was told the car was done and the service dept. was closing at 1600. Unlessy I could be there before that I would be unable to get my car til Monday. The unprofessional conduct of the Quick Lube service area was totally unacceptable. They were all gone when I got there at 1605. Fortunately, they had left the keys & a bill at the front desk. It would have been nice if thewoman I spoke with had bothered to tell me about that.certainly not the level of service I am used to at Grapevine Cord.
