Went in for an oil change that was supposed to be free because the service person told me they would give me a free one after spending 5k worth of work in August. They try to overcharge me for an oil change by adding in other things I didnt ask for. They found a leak and offered to check it for free to see if it was the same leak they worked on in August. They found more leaks and were trying to charge me several thousand to fox them. In August they said I wouldnt have to do serious maintenance in 3 years due to the work I got done. It has been less then a year and they are trying to get several thousand out of me again. I got my car back, free of charge, after fighting with them. When I drove my car home the alignment was off and I did not have an alignment issue before. Now I have another thing to fix that wasnt a problem before. I am very angry at the service I was given.

I want to know how much tread was left on my tires? I was told by a friend that tired have a minimum guarantee of 40k miles. Yes I made the decision however I only had 35k miles on my car and the tires were replaced when I purchased my car.
