You guys changed my oil, I found oil in my driveway. It also spread to every customer I have witch is about 100 per week. The unfortunate part is I didn’t realize the oil was leaking so bad until a customer pointed it out to me. Then I bring the truck in to have you guys look into it and see what’s wrong and your tech says.... there is nothing wrong with it, the oil you are seeing everywhere is the oil threat was spilled when we did i the oil change!! Not only do I not believe this could be possible as the was a lot of oil loss, but let’s say that was in fact the truth... is this acceptable?? Needless to say I’m not at all happy with the service provided. Oh yeah and I made an appointment for 7AM, Showed up on time, and didn’t hear back for 6 hrs from anyone about the NON issue. Great customer service

Pete provides truly outstanding service. I came in a couple of months ago when I paid for a battery but didn’t get one. The next day the battery died while I was out shopping. I got a jump and drove to your dealership. I was madder than old wet hen. Pete diffused the situation and got me out of there in record time. I left happy as a lark.
