This was the worth experience that I had , I had with Carlos Fuentes , His attitude , was like he is doing me a favorite. Instead he should be happy that I’m taking my car to Cerritos Nissan Dealer for Services . Specially this time that people out of work. I will never buy a Nissan ever again and I let my friends and family as well not to buy a Nissan . I will put all the detail in Yelp so everyone can see it .

First off 9 bottles of oil just to change a SILVERADO I call ****. I very well damn know how much quarts goes in a truck. Charging me $145 just for an oil change best I do it myself. Very rude customer service. The only thing ill be coming for is recall & zantak thats about it. Charge way to much for service. At least be nice & smile guess our service isn't good enough.
