Not happy as a customer. Took vehicle in for routine oil change and knew I had an issue with motor mounts needing to be replaced. Took all day long to get an estimate done then was presented with recommended service totaling over $4000. Last scheduled service apt, nothing other than one leaking motor mount that would need replacement at next service date. Was stunned when I received the recommended service at this appointment. Super expensive and I only did partial service.

When the vehicle was dropped off the expectations and items to be looked at were discussed. When the vehicle was picked up I asked if the same items that we spoke about earlier in the day were evaluated. I received a blank stare and look of confusion. We had just talked about the items less than 7 hours ago, if you can not remember write them down. Very frustrating experience. Can not trust this dealer to do what is asked of them at the drop off appointment. I don’t even know if the recall items were taken care of due to lack of communication. I was interested in purchasing a new truck from this dealership because it is close to my house, after this experience I will be going elsewhere.

From the time I pull into the parking lot & greeted by the smiling girls at the service desk as they direct me which way to go and ask me my name & time of appointment & with who, & they notify the person & I'm then connected with him & we talk about the service that will be done and he will contact me again before any work is performed. He keeps me informed & that's a big plus for me to know what's happening with my car-whether it's good news or bad I know what to expect! Everyone is always nice, I enjoy my visits!
