My son brought the truck in twice trying to tell your people that the brakes were grinding both times you told him they were fine then he brings it in for the third time and you tell him that you told him that they needed to be changed the last time and you may have wrote it down on your paperwork but you never told him like you said you did otherwise why would do it as complementary but then you can’t fix the 4x4 on the truck and you find something else that you can charge me for I really am to the point with this truck and your dealership where I’m about to go all over the internet and tell everyone what I’ve had to go thru with your dealership After my warranty is up I don’t believe I will ever buy from your dealerships ever again
