B. Barrera was not my service advisor. Jorge lopez was my advisor. She just wrote up my truck. When I dropped truck,she stated that the Lift was not working. I drove along way and got there first in the morning, she didn't want to assist me. She said I would have to wait for Jorge. When Jorge got there he checked Lift and was fine. I almost left but for Jorge I stayed. She wouldn't even come lose even with a mask. I was offended and will not be coming back. I will go elsewhere. People need there vehicles and she told me there was loaners because none came back from the night before. Also she said that midway is not loaning out vehicles because they don't have the parts to fix them. She said because of the corona virus. She told me what I wanted to hear not a solution. Now is that what they are trained to do or say. Inaccurate information, I felt I was lied too! Not very happy with my experience!@)

Repair done and paid. Received letter from Ford notifying of issue with parts on door latch causing lights to remain on running down the battery. Battery had to be replaced twice.
