I waited several hours for a response on service. Was quoted over $1500 to replace an air condenser OEM part that runs about $250 and takes about an hour to replace at most! That is ridiculously absurd!

Communication was horrible Derrick from service was the only person that actually did his job and was very helpful. Rachel who was suppose to take care of the vehicle was very rude the brief 2 minutes that we talked to her and she never once did anything to help us. Derrick had to do his job and hers. The whole experience from the time we signed the papers was a joke. Would never recommend anyone buying a vehicle from Airpark.

I was told the procedure to maintain the factory recall would only take 1hour well after 21/2hours I finally got my service accomplished.in previous services like oil change it took well over 2 hours even with an appointment .I am so dissatisfied with your service dept that I will not use your service again nor will I recommend you to anyone .i am done.
