Not that bad, really. He seemed rather distracted. Ex. Daud he gave me my keys, he didn't. Then he couldn't find them. He then walked me to my truck and forgot my papers. He was helpful in finding a place to repair my tire, as gm wouldn't fix it. I also noticed that they didn't put the reminder sticker for next service on windshield. He was very polite. Probably just too much to do.

My bifocal sunglasses mysteriously disappeared and none of the managers would answer my phone calls. Last year a cigarette lighter also disappeared guess I won’t be going back.

Morales was never there. Somebody else checked me in. I was told to go to the waiting area. I arrived at 7 am and at 8:40 no one had called me. I walked out to the check in area and found my car washed and ready to go. A guy tried to get me away from my car. I said it was mine and I wanted to get paid up and gone.no one communicated with so I don’t know how long I waited for no reason. Then the bill wasn’t $39.95 as told. It was over $50. My times at your service department are done .
