I dropped by car off about 8:35 for Zactec and an oil change. I was told it’d be ready about 1. At 2:30, 6 hours later it was still incomplete. The advisor was not to be found for about that last 30 minutes so I had to find someone else to retrieve my car, of which the Zactec work was still incomplete. The other advisor did attempt to make it right with a free detailing.

Andrew was great!! However, back in October when I bought my truck and then this time when I called in to talk to someone in service, your *entire* phone system was down. Since it has happened to me both times I had business with Grapevine Ford seven months apart, these are not isolated incidents. This is not how a major dealership conducts itself with regards to its phones. Shoddy.

You have a service advisor there who gives customers an immediate sense of calm and assurance that l find very refreshing. I'm old school and believe that customer service is becoming a forgotten trait at most places nowadays, but not with this advisor. It wasn't my service advisor fault it's the mechanic I'm getting recommendations for my car for services that I don't need for example my transmission service it was done less than a year ago it would be nice if you can look up the history of a vehicle before making recommendations to customers that they don't need all my services are done by the dealership so my history is in the computer this really upset me because I thought I was being taken advantage of by fixing things that is already fixed
